Getting Ready!!!!!!!!

I am working extra and smartly hard on my voice, saving so as to afford that quality recording of my music for I know nothing comes easy in life. Those morning voice practices I have as a routine, the random rap as I move around and when free in my room, listening to a wide selection of music to get challenged to be at my best in all my recording sessions.

I subscribe to all tips from musicians and music tutors tips, take those I find useful to the music I do and apply them in my compositions. I frequent videos on Youtube so as to have a feel on how to deliver this talent in me to the target audience appropriately, talk of preparing a package.

Compliments I welcome for they make me strong, those messages of yes you have what it takes to be the best in what you do, those messages that contain inspirational messages  and the M-Pesa ones that offer a financial boost to help in the recordings. On the other hand, I welcome corrections and advices for they make me stronger in my path of ministry for I know that he who hates corrections is stupid.

Mentorship I draw from my able manager Alex Milenye of Talanta Crew Management.

I do attend concerts and shows, sit back in the audiences and participate fully where possible so as to be conversant with what to do on stage, the whole make up of ministering the Word through music. I choose to be ready to wait for that airplay at the time that is ripe.

For that breakthrough I am getting prepared, to always be focused and remain in the true ministry, to win souls to Christ through music and reap from what He Has planted in me. I am getting plugged to shine in the Light all for the Kingdom of God.  May all the Fame and Glory get credited to His Holy Name. 

 Above all, I have God in my life. His Grace is all I depend on, His will takes  centre stage with ministry as my source of inspiration to reach out to the wide world with the Good news, that of salvation and hope against all odds in life. His timing is right and so, I am waiting upon this very timing, His moulding is all I focus on for I am His vessel. This battle I fight on my knees so as to have Jesus as the armour of my ministry for fulfillment and meaning in this ministry.

Talent is God’s  investment in our lives, a foundation, the building block of the future, the unique signature of each of us on earth. But, it becomes worthless if we do not use it for His Honour and Glory!!!

I just ain’t that guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“He drinks silly that he sleeps in the trenches, by the roadside and when on his worst, at the bar not to mention the curse words that embarks from his mouth. Each mama in the bar is beautiful and a probable one night stander and falls prey of any seductive talk that the month’s salary contributes half of the sales in the very hangout joint that pay day”. That aint me at all, it’s only the source of this opinion on me didn’t get to be at a table with me. Frankly!!!!!!

“He is a player, a definition of a heartbreaker,  a hit and run fanatic. He flirts so much and a pro in sexual harassment. The number of ladies he has messed up with can make up a whole arsenal fan base. The best he does is treat you for a favour and after you give in, he gets to hot heels never be be seen, heard of ever again”. Interestingly, she who said this failed to get my heat after all means of enticing and sweet talking, her relentless efforts bore no fruit in having me for a soul mate!!!!!!

“He fails to be a father figure in the family, his wife’s hair goes unkempt and children sleep on empty stomachs. He does not care of the family’s wellbeing; all he concentrates on is his parents, his clique of boys with big toys and of cause mpango wa kando. He gets home late in the night and leaves before the break of dawn, never keeps an eye whether his children get to go to school and whether they complete their homework, those sums that need his guidance to tackle them yet he yells at them each and every end term after the fall victim of the poorest of grades.” But, is the source of this tainting gossip not the one who ran to me for help in footing the electricity and water bills after he was manhandled by a prostitute in the hotel room he booked in and emptied of all the investment from his savings?

“he is a hypocrite, a part of the Pharisees of today. Never does he remit the 10% tithe expected for the smooth running of the affairs of the church, he leads praise and worship so as to been seen and adored at the expense of God the father and gives testimonies for the congregation to get a feel of how wealthy he is and how needy he may be a times”. Is this very person not the brother who was found guilty of misappropriating sadaka and offerings? Is he not that mastermind of that scandal that got the church to its knees with regard to the repaying that loan taken years back?

So, next time you wanna know me up and close, just get to interact with me on a personal level, get to discover who I am from an individual point of view, I am just tired of all the gossipers in the world today. Most a times we are mistaken just because a friend or “enemy” gave a completely misplaced information or view on us

It’s a fact that very few people give the positive part of our lives for their own selfish reasons and its for this very reasons that the betterment of our lives is on go slow. My prayer is that we all purpose to be that positive brother’s and sister’s keeper, that who wishes for the best for the other for if I get the best out of my life and you the best out of your life, in one way or another we will all be successful, the world will be filled with harmony and the world will be peaceful. Above all the heavens will rejoice.

My Confession

I live hour to hour, day to day by the Grace of God in action.
I know Jesus and Hail Him as our Savior
I am filled with the providence of His Father and wanna  infuse the world
the lost generation with with His wisdom and strength
give it a new life that of salvation.
The gulf between His people is widening
based on the haves and haves-not, and
it's for this reason that I wanna be part
of the reconciliation of this very people
with our Father in heaven.
This is my stand, it isn't a plan but a conviction that came as a temptation
that made  me stronger in Faith.
 It was just but a  faint echo ,then a distant possibility and now a need.

  I will spread the Gospel of Truth from
ridge to ridge with the vigour of a fire in
the dry bush..........be part of the
reincarnation of that dignity and
purity that is now more or less faint
through Gospel music.







 I pray that I live to see the outcome of
God' efforts through me, a vessel of His,
the symbol of defiance of devilish ways.
He had, has and will always have a word
for everyone and a smile for all who
accept that we are all sinners, repent and walk in the light

This place.......... Amazon

When one hears or reads about this word, mixed thoughts come into the mind. For some it is that place where the future is built, where many careers have been shaped, where fortunes have been made through sales of volumes of books, journals and novels. Those of this school of thought agree that students make stop overs here in a bid to complete that assignment, that term paper and that defense paper due at the eleventh hour, a reprieve to many.

On the other hand, there is a completely different relation of this word-Amazon to a community, that of #Egertonians. Again, a subdivision of thought comes in from this lot of people. A part of them take this Amazon to mean a place where the weekend is made complete, that nerves are cooled after a whole day or week of serious studies, or better still after being roughed up by a cat or after being dumped at the peak of "love". To them, it is a place where boys, sorry, men get to meet and have one or two for the road, where they speak in one voice- that of Nakupenda beer.

The other half is that of the school of thought that Amazon is that place, where the course of one's future is altered from that of seeking God to that of seeking earthly pleasure derived from a bottle or two. Again, it represents a place where guys who were so cool and composed, so clear in the boundary between them and alcohol get to conform to a new lifestyle, that of getting high each evening or weekend. That place where guys are welcomed to the world of fantasy , where addiction is brewed unconditionally, where the advent to unfortunate happenings such as indiscriminate sex and orgasms. Wallets are flattened here unknowing and items given to the lowest bidders so as to have another bottle and lastly, a place where dance styles such as lap dance, bendover and Gangnam styles are learn t under the influence.

Whats your school of thought on this word/name Amazon?

It's not that I haven't tried, its not that I ain't man enough, it isn't that am stingy. I bet it's the price of being real

There is that time that one just leaves nature to have it's way and say, maybe a reason is that thought back in the days when my heart was deep in love with the celibate way of living, or better still that feeling that there isn't anything unique about being in unison with another heart, that of a Lady.

But, again no one knows why we never get that we so yearn to have, that what the heart desires goes away, gets on it's hot heels the moment is pictures you around. That what one feels is right and humbling is exactly what turns against all one had hoped for soonest .

It is said that one gets to be so real when h/she speaks from the heart, that this is the time sincerity is at it's peak, but, I read from a different script all together. In my case, that time that one speaks from the heart is the very time that I get the unexpected, maybe it's time to speak from the stomach for this is too much, yes, too much.

Feeling so used like Tarmar in the Bible. So worn out to be of use, no longer literate to understand this jargon LOVE.

When one is tired, the best to do is lean back and relax, it's time to relax this muscles ,time to enjoy solitude and be contended with the same.

JUDGE NOT

Most times, we as human beings tend to judge our brothers and sisters in the course of our day to day hustles. We tend to ask questions like…why did s/he do this…… why did s/he say that…….. But fail to ask ourselves what we could have done in that very scenario so as to prevent such incidences, save the situation my dear lady/ gent.

When you have that privilege of having a meal a day, or better still meals in a day, just know that you are blessed here and are expected to pass on this blessing to another. When your wardrobe if filled with the latest trendy selection of clad, don’t take this for granted. Instead get into this very wardrobe and give that whom you have noted has only a pair to be proud of, that s/he has to wash and wear.

Always remember to listen before speaking, to respect others before you are respected, after all respect is earned!  Don’t be quick to judge, better hold your words, critically examine the situation your friend is in then come in to help and not to ridicule.

Interestingly, no one knows what tomorrow has in store for us, we all live in uncertainty of what is in store for us in future. But again we have that chance to live today fully, to live in peace, love and harmony with each other, with the environment too.

It will be a credit to your name both on earth and in heaven if you purpose to be a helping hand and not a third eye in whatever you do, whatever you say and wherever you go.

My Philosophy in Ministry

 
         

   I have loved others all my life- there is room for no negativity in my heart!Yes, I have been let down several times- yet, I still continue to love- this is my choice-Please do not be afraid of loving others, what goes around, comes around! You will see many blessings coming your way!
